Kikkoman Unagi Sauce (11.8oz) is a classic Japanese sweet-savory glaze made with traditionally brewed Kikkoman soy sauce and sweetened with rice wine. Pre-thickened and glossy, it is the finishing sauce used for grilled eel (unagi and kabayaki) and works just as well as an all-round glaze for grilled, broiled and roasted dishes.

How to use: brush over grilled eel, chicken or salmon during the last minutes of cooking for a shiny glaze, or drizzle over unagi don and rice bowls just before serving. It also makes a quick dipping and finishing sauce for tofu, mushrooms and grilled vegetables. Because it is already sweetened and thickened, no extra mixing is needed.
