Wang Korea Bibimbap Hot Pepper Paste 500g is gochujang blended into a ready-to-use bibimbap sauce, so it can go straight onto the bowl without mixing in vinegar, sugar or sesame oil first. Gochujang is a thick red Korean paste made from dried red chilli, glutinous rice, fermented soybean and salt, and it carries a sweet heat rather than a sharp one.

How to use: Spoon it over a bibimbap bowl of rice, vegetables and egg, then mix everything together thoroughly before eating.
